First Working Holiday visa
This visa lets people 18 to 30 years old (inclusive) - and Canadian, French and Irish citizens 18 to 35 years old (inclusive) - have their first extended holiday in Australia and work here to help fund their trip for up to 12 months.

- You can apply for a second Working Holiday visa if you meet certain eligibility criteria
Second Working Holiday visa
This visa lets people 18 to 30 years old (inclusive) - and Canadian, French and Irish citizens 18 to 35 years old (inclusive) - who currently hold, or who have held, a Working Holiday visa, have a second working holiday in Australia for up to another 12 months..
- You must have a passport from an eligible country or jurisdiction(above)
- You can do any kind of work while you are here
- You must have completed 3 months of specified work while holding your first Working Holiday (subclass 417) visa
- You can apply for a third Working Holiday visa if you meet certain eligibility criteria
Third Working Holiday visa
This visa lets people 18 to 30 years old (inclusive) - and Canadian, French and Irish citizens 18 to 35 years old (inclusive) - who currently hold, or who have held, a second Working Holiday visa, have a third working holiday in Australia for a further 12months..
- You must have a passport from an eligible country/jurisdiction(above)
- You can do any kind of work while you are here
- You must have completed 6 months of specified work while holding your second 417 visa or a bridging visa in certain circumstances
